Ingredients
1 Banana
1 egg
¼ cup Quaker Oats
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Directions
1.
Place ingredients into blender, food processor, or magic bullet and blend to
combine.
2.
Heat a lightly buttered non-stick pan over medium heat. Scoop the batter onto the pan, using a ¼ measuring cup.
3. Cook on both sides, until brown on each
side. Serve warm.
